What you will do
- Heat load and electrical load calculations
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting layouts
- Services coordination against structural drawings
- Panel schedules, single line diagrams and BOQs
- First-fix and second-fix site inspections
- Testing, commissioning and handover documentation
What we are looking for
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years in building services design
- AutoCAD and Revit MEP proficiency
- Familiarity with NBC and local fire regulations
- Willing to spend real time on site, not only at a desk
